My attemp at recreating box pancake mix.

Prep Time: 5 min
Rest Time: 30 min
Cook Time: 15 min
Makes: 6.0 pancakes

    Food Stuffs
  • 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tlbs white sugar
  • 2 tlbs corn starch
  • 1-3/4 cups milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 3 tlbs butter
    Seasonings
  • 1 tsp salt
    Equipment
  • mixing bowl
  • measuring spoon
  • measuring cup
    Steps for Completion
  1. Melt the butter. Mix the dry ingredients and seasonings in one bowl and the wet in another. Pour the wets into the drys.
  2. Mix together but only until clumps are out. Do not overmix.
  3. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
